Etiquette

Etiquette is a big part in your karate training. It helps to establish the right and wrong wat of doing things and helps to develop discipline and respect especially in children. Click here to find out more about karate etiquette and traditions.

Tournaments are for some karate ka an important part of their training. You can enter your first tournament to perform kata once you have your 9th Kyu (yellow tip). If you want to find out more about what happens at a tournament click here
